Finance Associate (Maayo Argao)

Key responsibilities

• Verify inventory counts and production reports
• Monitor stock usage, wastage, and variances
• Check inventory documents, requisitions, and receiving reports
• Assist with physical inventory and monthly reconciliation
• Prepare cost control and inventory reports
• Coordinate with Kitchen, F&B, Storeroom, and Finance teams

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting, or related field
• Cost control, inventory, or accounting experience is preferred
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
• Maintain accurate inventory and cost records
• Identify and report discrepancies promptly
• Follow established cost control procedures
• Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and accountability
