Finance Associate - Payables

Responsible for processing the payables of the business unit and to ensure accurate

and timely processing of payable transactions, maintaining strong vendor relationships.

• Process daily cash advance request

• Competent in checking and posting liquidations

• Review payment request, making sure all attachments are complete and

corresponds to the request.

• Daily input of payment request to the system and timely uploading of

attachments to the shared drive.

• Has a solid grasp of basic accounting rules principles.

• Has sharp analytical thinking, high attention to detail, proficiency in

spreadsheets

• Able to handle sensitive, confidential company and client data responsibly.

• Manages multiple tasks and meets strict reporting deadlines under pressure.

Job description:

1. Competent in checking and posting of Liquidations to portal.

2. Issuance of IOR for returned cash advance.

3. Reviewing of payment request, making sure all attachments are correct and complete

4. Daily input of payment request to the system and uploading of attachment to shared

google drive.

5. High attention to detail, strong numerical accuracy, and good organizational skills.
