Finance Associate - Treasury and Sales Control

Job Mission Statement:

To ensure the accurate, timely, and secure handling of company funds and financial transactions, supporting smooth treasury operations that contribute to the organization’s financial integrity and operational efficiency.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Process and document various bank transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage gift certificates and petty cash fund, including monitoring, replenishment, and reconciliation.
• Track and monitor the usage and liquidation of corporate credit cards and fleet cards.
• Handle the issuance and recording of invoices and official receipts.
• Record and manage intercompany receivables, including follow-ups and collections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, preferably a CPA.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems/software.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across departments.
• High level of honesty, integrity, and accountability in handling company funds and sensitive documents.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking to minimize errors and support efficient treasury operations.
