About the role

This role involves managing petty cash operations, processing cash transactions, and maintaining accurate financial records while ensuring compliance with company finance policies.

Key responsibilities

• Safekeep and manage the petty cash fund
• Process cash disbursements and ensure proper liquidation
• Verify that all transactions have complete documentation and approvals
• Prepare bank deposits and withdrawals when necessary
• Replenish and balance petty cash daily and submit reports promptly
• Maintain accurate records of cash and bank transactions
• Ensure all transactions comply with company finance policies

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Advanced MS Excel skills (spreadsheets and financial functions)
• Familiar with accounting or ERP software
• Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy in handling cash transactions
• Able to reliably commute or planning to relocate to San Juan before starting work
