An Am Law 100 firm is hiring a junior to mid-level finance associate in San Francisco. You will act for private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies and other borrowers on secured acquisition financings and refinancings. The group works alongside the firm's private equity team, so you will see the deal from both the financing and the buyout side.
What I need:
2 to 6 years of experience (JD classes 2020 to 2024) at a leading law firm
Borrower-side secured finance experience, especially acquisition financings and refinancings for sponsors
Active California bar admission
