- Practice Focus: Contribute to a blend of high-stakes transactions including asset-backed finance, leveraged finance, commercial lending, and more

- Salary Range: $260,000-360,000 (DOE)
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years handling complex banking and finance transactions
- Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from accredited law school
- Bar Admission: Texas bar admission, required
