Position: Structured Finance Attorney

Type: Contract

Compensation: $140 - $400/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10 40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Review and analyze legal contracts related to structured finance products
• Draft or evaluate key documents pertinent to structured finance transactions
• Provide feedback on AI-generated content for legal sufficiency and clarity
• Identify industry-specific terminology and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to the development of training datasets for structured finance
• Collaborate with platform coordinators to ensure high legal content standards
• Deliver insights on market practices and recent regulatory developments

Requirements

• Expertise in structured finance law and contract review
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and securities law
• Strong years of experience in structured finance transactions
• Proficient in legal research and analytical thinking skills
• Attention to detail with outstanding written and verbal communication
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
• Capable of breaking down complex legal concepts for varied audiences
