Finance Automation Specialist

Are you passionate about combining Finance and technology to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and build smarter solutions?

We’re looking for a Finance Automation Specialist to drive automation initiatives, optimize Finance processes, and collaborate with Finance and IT teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and prioritize automation opportunities in Finance processes.
• Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain automation solutions using tools such as Excel VBA, Alteryx, and Power Automate.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, security, and compliance of financial data within automated processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and other stakeholders on system enhancements, integrations, and automation initiatives.
• Provide training and ongoing support to Finance users.
• Lead Finance automation initiatives, guide junior team members, and manage stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in Finance, accounting, financial reporting, process improvement, or automation.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Excel VBA and/or Alteryx. Exposure to Power Automate or RPA is an advantage.
• Experience designing, developing, testing, and implementing automation solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
• Knowledge of Finance processes, data integrity, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading projects or guiding junior team members is an advantage.
