Finance Billing Analyst

SMC Integrated Farm Specialist Inc. is a subsidiary of San Miguel Corporation established in 2018.

SMC-IFSI is engaged in the management, operation, and maintenance of farms, hatcheries, slaughterhouses, fishpond, storage and various facilities and equipment for breeding, hatching, raising, growing, production, slaughter and / or processing of poultry. Fowls, hogs, livestock and other kinds of animals and foodstuffs and other activities allied or incidental thereto such as but not limited to animal feeds, nutrition and healthcare.

JOB SUMMARY

The Finance Billing Processor prepares billing statement for birds processed in the operation and submits to San Miguel Foods Inc (SMFI) Finance for payment processing. Facilitates ordering of supplies and consumables needed in the operation.

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

• Graduate of any 4year course (Commerce or Accounting) .
• Computer Literate (Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Have at least 2 years’ relevant experience in handling billing, accounts payable and receivables in a food industry.
• Knowledge in handling billing, accounts payables and account receivables.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepares and handles billing statements related to birds processed in the Basic and Further Processing Operations such as but not limited to Tolling Fees. (Reference Document: Billing Templates-Basic and Further Processing)
• Facilitates and coordinate with Business Procurement Group on the Purchase Requisitions of operation’s supplies and consumables needed in the operation ensuring availability at all times and / or when needed considering safety stock level.
• Preparation and requisition of revolving funds needed in the operation.
• Maintaining organized financial records to aide reporting.
• Prepares and submit monthly financial report or as needed.
• Demonstrates a high concern for the health and safety of self and others.
• Demonstrates commitment to Company Rules and Regulations.
• Undertakes special projects or technical studies as requested by San Miguel Foods Inc.
• Performs other related duties as may be assigned either in support of company goal or for his/her personal or professional training, education or development as programmed by his/her immediate superior.
