Job Title: Finance BP Specialist

Duration: 12 months’ contract

Location: Umhlanga, Durban

ABOUT THE ROLE

Function: HR Services

Reports to: Global Mobility Operations Finance Lead, Location: Durban, South Africa

Finance administrator required to support the End-2-End finance activities for Global Payroll.

The role involves being responsible for the end-to-end finance processes including but not limited to:

Centralized management of PO’s, checking and approval of invoicing, accurate provisions and cost reporting for the function.

The Global Payroll team works closely with the Regional Teams including local in-country finance teams, global finance teams, Inter-company Cross Charge Team and HR functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• PO Creation and management

• Checking of invoices and cost and obtaining relevant approvals

• Escalate and resolve any issues with regional payroll and finance teams

• Ensuring accurate financial reporting and provisions

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficient in SAP, COUPA, Workday, Velocity, Microsoft Office Suite particularly Word, Excel,

Outlook, PowerPoint, strong Excel Skills a must, 2 year's experience

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively

• Demonstrate ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment

• Superior interpersonal and communication skills and experience in managing key stakeholders

• Experience in self-managing projects, tracking and assessing progress and handling data accurately.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

• Finance related - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
