Finance Business Analyst

About the role

This is a hands-on role supporting finance and sales applications, with a focus on sales data, reporting, and process improvements. You will work independently, take ownership of issues from start to finish, and collaborate with Finance, Sales, IT, and Data teams to ensure accurate reporting and smooth business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support finance and sales users with reporting and application-related issues
• Manage monthly sales reporting processes and ensure data accuracy
• Maintain and improve master data (customers, products, pricing, etc.)
• Investigate data issues, identify root causes, and drive resolutions
• Work with IT and data teams on system enhancements and improvements
• Support reporting and ensure consistency of data across systems
• Gather requirements and document business processes
• Coordinate and lead UAT testing for system changes

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role supporting finance and/or sales applications

• Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze and work with data

• Business Intelligence (BI) experience, including reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SAP BO, SAP BW, or similar

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Good understanding of finance and sales processes

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of work from start to finish
