Finance Business Partner (CA and ecommerce mandatory)

Essential

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – mandatory.
• 5–8 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 3 years in e-commerce, retail, FMCG distribution, quick commerce or a consumer-tech start-up.
• Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner, FP&A or Commercial Finance professional working directly with operations teams.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and working understanding of UAE Corporate Tax.
• Advanced Excel skills (financial modelling, pivots, lookups); experience with ERPs such as Zoho Books, Odoo, SAP or Oracle NetSuite.
• Currently based in the UAE, or based in India and able to relocate to Dubai at short notice.

Preferred

• GCC e-commerce or retail experience.
• Exposure to COD-heavy business models, courier reconciliations and marketplace (Amazon/Noon) settlements.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or SQL for data analysis.
• Experience in a scaling start-up or PE/VC-backed business.
