Job Title: Finance Business Partner (Vietnam Market)

1. Job Overview

Act as the core finance liaison for Vietnam e-commerce operations, integrate finance and business. Independently undertake full-cycle financial control, business data analysis, contract financial review and budget management. Align local business targets with group profit goals, identify financial risks, optimize internal workflows and support sustainable business growth in Vietnam.

2. Key Responsibilities

2.1 Business Financial Analysis & Forecasting

1. Lead annual budget compilation and monthly rolling forecast for all Vietnam stores, advertising, warehousing and supply chain teams.

2. Prepare monthly business performance reports: analyze revenue, gross margin, ad cost ROI, logistics expense, inventory turnover, budget vs actual variances, dig into root causes and propose actionable improvement plans.

3. Conduct pre-calculation for promotion campaigns, new product launches and warehouse expansion; evaluate profitability to support business decision-making.

4. Track monthly operational KPIs, alert abnormal loss, overspending and slow-moving inventory risks to operation leaders timely.

2.2 Contract Financial Risk Control

1. Full financial review of all Vietnam cooperation contracts (suppliers, KOLs, 3PL warehouses, service vendors): verify payment terms, VAT invoice clauses, deposit, penalty, credit period and financial compliance risks.

2. Build & maintain contract expiry reminder ledger, follow up probation contract renewal to avoid process delay caused by missed signature.

3. Standardize financial clauses of local vendor contracts, optimize approval workflow to reduce human error.

2.3 Expense & Budget Supervision

1. Monitor daily operating expense, advertising budget and warehouse cost; audit reimbursement rationality, control over-budget consumption.

2. Communicate with operation teams to adjust budget reasonably for market demand; restrict wasteful spending to improve overall profit margin.

2.4 Receivable & Cash Flow Risk Management

1. Track platform settlement, outstanding receivables and overdue payments; coordinate with operation to push collection and lower bad debt risk.

2. Analyze local capital occupation, put forward cash flow optimization suggestions for Vietnam entity.

2.5 Process Optimization & Cross-department Collaboration

1. Identify flaws in existing financial approval processes (contract, payment, reimbursement); optimize internal SOP and strengthen regular supervision.

2. Train local operation staff on financial rules, expense standards and contract submission requirements.

3. Coordinate closely with local accounting, tax and treasury teams; provide accurate business data for month-end closing, tax declaration and group consolidated reporting.

4. Resolve conflicts between financial compliance and business expansion with data-based communication.

2.6 Other Ad-hoc Tasks

Support annual financial audit, group ad-hoc financial investigation and other temporary work assigned by finance management.

3. Job Requirements

Mandatory Skills & Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines;

2. 2+ years Finance BP / E-commerce Financial Analysis experience, familiar with Vietnam cross-border e-commerce (TikTok Shop/Shopee/Lazada) operation logic is a big plus;

3. Familiar with Vietnam local VAT, withholding tax, invoice rules and basic corporate tax compliance requirements;

4. Strong Excel skills: Vlookup, Pivot Table, financial data modeling, cost & profit calculation;

5. Fluent written & spoken English for daily communication with headquarters; basic Vietnamese communication ability preferred;

6. Deep understanding of e-commerce cost structure: advertising cost, logistics, warehousing, KOL commission, platform fees, inventory cost.
