Finance Business Partner

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Business Units to challenge commercial assumptions and optimize channel profitability across markets.
• Deliver forward-looking financial insights and trends to manage risks, uncover opportunities, and drive operational decisions.
• Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning, demonstrating strict ownership of business drivers, core assumptions, and financial data integrity.
• Support month-end closing by bridging actuals to forecasts with strong storytelling and actionable recommendations.
• Evaluate store investments, new openings, renovations, and marketing initiatives through ROI analysis and financial modelling.Identify business trends, risks, and opportunities, and proactively provide recommendations.
• Spearhead ad-hoc strategic projects, delivering financial modeling and risk assessments for new business proposals

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or similar discipline, Qualified accountant
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, or FP&A leadership roles.
• Strong in financial analysis and modelling, variance analysis, and turn data into business insight
• Flexible, hand-on, able to work under pressure, detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skill
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
