Finance Business Partner (Commercial focus)

Location: São Paulo, Brazil (Hybrid)

Advanced English proficiency is required, Spanish proficiency is a nice-to-have.

This strategic role is ideal for a finance professional who combines strong analytical capabilities with a business partnering mindset to support commercial decision-making and drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted finance partner to Commercial, Sales, Services, and leadership teams, providing financial insights that drive business growth and profitability.
• Lead revenue, margin, pricing, rebate, customer profitability, and commercial investment analyses to identify opportunities and risks.
• Support strategic decision-making through scenario modeling, business case evaluations, forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning.
• Evaluate new business opportunities, customer contracts, pricing strategies, capital investments, and product launches from a financial perspective.
• Develop executive-level dashboards, reports, and presentations that translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations.
• Monitor business performance, customer profitability, and operational financial results, while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and develop a team of finance professionals while fostering collaboration across multiple functions and countries.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or postgraduate studies in Finance are highly valued.

Strong experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Business Controlling
• Commercial Controlling
• FP&A
• Commercial Finance
• Business Performance Management

Expertise in:

• Pricing and profitability analysis
• Financial modeling
• Forecasting and budgeting
• Customer and portfolio profitability
• Revenue growth analysis
• Commercial investments and rebates
• Strategic business analytics
• Proven ability to influence business decisions through financial insights and recommendations. Leadership experience managing and developing teams.

Qualifications

• Portuguese: Fluent (required)
• English: Advanced (required)
• Spanish: Nice to have
• Available to travel frequently within Brazil.
• Advanced Excel and strong presentation skills.
