Finance Business Partner

1. Position Overview

• Job Title: Southeast Asia Finance Business Partner
• Organization: Global Finance Department, Tanatex Brand
• Reporting Lines: Dual reporting to Tona Group CFO and General Manager of Southeast Asia

2. Key Responsibilities

• Business Partnering & Decision Support

Develop a deep understanding of country-specific business models and market dynamics across Southeast Asia; provide strategic recommendations and data-driven analysis from a finance standpoint to the business leadership; support the formulation and execution of growth strategies.

• Drive Business-Finance Integration & Resolve Localization Challenges

Identify and remove friction points between financial processes and on-the-ground business operations; optimize cost structures and improve capital efficiency; build effective financial monitoring and analytics frameworks covering key areas such as factory production and sales management, and drive continuous process improvement.

• Cross-Border Collaboration & Regular Reporting

Exhibit strong cross-border business support capability and adapt to a high-frequency travel rhythm; conduct on-site due diligence and regular business visits; report on regional financial performance, risk early-warning signals, and corrective action plans to ensure full transparency and aligned decision-making.

• Team Enablement & Management

Partner with the local finance team (including accounting managers, cost analysts, etc.); streamline functional division and reporting lines; upskill the local finance team and improve their responsiveness to business needs; ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial deliverables.

3. Qualifications

• Experience: 5–8 years of relevant Finance BP experience, with strong professional depth.
• Language: Fluent English, capable of serving as the primary working language for internal reporting and cross-cultural communication.
• Professional Expertise: Solid command of financial analysis, budgeting, cost control, and compliance management; sharp commercial acumen to identify business opportunities and risks embedded in financial data.
• Adaptability & Travel Requirements: Willing to operate in challenging environments and travel frequently—minimum 50% of working time on-site across Southeast Asia (primarily Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, and other regional markets).
• Core Competencies: Exceptional resilience under pressure, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and a results-driven mindset; able to balance headquarters control requirements with business agility in a matrix reporting structure.
