Job Title: Finance Business Partner

Location: Dublin

Salary: €75 - 85k plus bonus & benefits

OVERVIEW:

We are delighted to be supporting an innovative Irish business with a global footprint to source for a commercially focused business partner to join their team.

This role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to play a key role in driving business performance across international markets within their manufacturing and operations team

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Working closely with key stakeholders and senior leadership, you will support commercial decision-making, financial planning, new product launches, customer acquisitions and business growth initiatives. This is an ideal role for an ambitious accountant looking to further develop their skills within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with key stakeholders to drive business performance.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analysis and performance commentary.
• Support annual budgets, forecasts and long-range planning processes.
• Analyse new customer, retailer and product opportunities.
• Support business projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the launch of new products, customer acquisitions and strategic growth initiatives.

ABOUT THE PERSON:

• Qualified Accountant with min 2+ years PQE.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Experience presenting financial information to senior management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
