Finance Business Partner (Cost Controller)

Position: Cost Controller (Finance & Cosing)

Our client, a MNC manufacturing organization, this is an excellent opportunity for a Finance professional who wants to build a long-term career in Controlling and gain broader exposure to how financial information supports operational and business decisions.

Job responsibilities:

• Analyze financial and operational performance and translate data into meaningful business insights
• Monitor manufacturing costs and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and profitability
• Support the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
• Prepare management reports, performance analysis, and financial insights for business decision-making
• Utilize SAP and Excel to generate financial reports, analyze costs, and support controlling activities
• Work closely with manufacturing and operational teams to understand cost drivers and improve financial performance
• Support initiatives focused on cost optimization, profitability improvement, and operational efficiency
• Contribute to the development of financial controlling and management reporting processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Approximately 3–5 years of experience in Finance, Costing, FP&A, Management Accounting, or Accounting.
• Experience within a manufacturing environment will be an advantage
• Practical experience with SAP is preferred
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with financial data
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Good command of English, with the ability to communicate with international stakeholders
