Our client is a market leader in semiconductor test systems and equipment.

The Finance Business Process Engineer (BPE) – AP is responsible for analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing finance business processes for Accounts Payable, driving efficiency and scalability in a global accounting shared services environment. The Finance BPE – AP, equipped with a solution-driven mindset, acts as a change agent within the Finance function to challenge and simplify existing processes, implementing scalable future-state solutions to meet evolving business, regulatory, and statutory requirements.

【Responsibilities】

• Ensure the quality and integrity of financial statements in accordance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) under Group reporting and local statutory reporting requirements.
• Document current-state finance processes, identify redundancies, bottlenecks, and control gaps.
• Engineer future-state finance processes aligned with internal controls and accounting standards.
• Partner with IT and cross-functional teams to test, deploy, and manage changes.
• Translate finance requirements into technical specifications for continuous improvement initiatives regarding workflow automation.
• Create and maintain user guides, conduct training, and ensure ongoing compliance and audit readiness.

【Requirements & Preferences】

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.
• 5+ years in financial operations, process reengineering, and ERP functional consulting with deep knowledge of the Oracle Accounts Payable module
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to leverage data analytics to enhance process efficiency
• Ability to identify opportunities to automate repetitive accounting and reporting processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Comfortable attending meetings based on German or US time zones, only as required.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes when necessary (not expected to be frequent).
