Job Description

We are hiring a Finance Calling Executive to handle direct leads, speak with clients, collect their home loan and financial details, prepare basic X-Ray sheets, and explain the next step clearly.

This role is suitable for candidates from a finance background, preferably MBA Finance, who are comfortable speaking with clients, asking financial questions, collecting data, and supporting the team in preparing client financial reviews.

This is not a general telecalling role. The candidate should understand basic finance concepts and be willing to learn about home loans, EMI, CIBIL, interest rates, loan tenure, and client financial data.

Key Responsibilities

• Call direct leads received by the company.
• Make 40–50 calls per day to assigned leads and follow-up clients.
• Speak with clients and understand their home loan / financial requirement.
• Collect required client financial and home loan details.
• Prepare basic client X-Ray sheet immediately after data collection.
• Update all client details in CRM / Google Sheets.
• Follow up with clients for missing data.
• Explain the next step after X-Ray sheet preparation.
• Coordinate with team for review and next action.
• Maintain proper call remarks, lead status, and follow-up dates.
• Make sure no direct lead is missed or delayed.

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA Finance / finance background is mandatory.
• 0–2 years of sales, calling, client coordination, or financial services experience.
• Must be comfortable making 40–50 calls per day.
• Must be comfortable speaking with clients on phone and WhatsApp.
• Should have basic understanding of finance, loans, EMI, interest rate, CIBIL, and banking.
• Good communication skills in Telugu and English.
• Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge required.
• Should be responsible, disciplined, and good at follow-ups.
