Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash flow operations , including cash receipts, payments, and short-term liquidity management.
• Handle banking transactions, bookkeeping, and financial record-keeping related to cash activities.
• Process and monitor timely payments, including employee expenses, vendor payments, loan repayments, and other business transactions .
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations and maintain accurate bank account records.
• Monitor cash balances and ensure sufficient liquidity to meet the company’s short-term financial obligations .
• Support the preparation and maintenance of cash flow forecasts, cash position reports, and liquidity reports .
• Monitor loans, financing activities, and related cash movements, and provide accurate and timely reporting.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the accuracy and completeness of payment and cash-related information.
• Maintain proper supporting documentation and records for all cash and banking transactions.
• Ensure treasury and cash management practices comply with applicable local laws, regulations, and internal financial policies .
• Support audits and other finance-related activities by providing relevant banking, payment, and cash flow documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field .
• Relevant experience in cash management, treasury, accounting, or finance operations preferred.
• Understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation, payment processing, and basic accounting principles .
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial/accounting systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams, banks, and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities within deadlines.
• Business-level English communication skills are preferred.
