Finance Central Admin Specialist

• Record cash receipts and reconcile daily transactions.
• Post invoices and ensure all supporting documents are complete and accurate.
• Manage petty cash, including disbursement records and reporting.
• Monitor and review accounts receivable transactions and support collection reporting.
• Coordinate invoice returns, credit notes, and related tax or logistics matters.
• Verify customer data and ensure its accuracy.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, collection letters, and related finance documents.
• Maintain electronic finance records and ensure documents are organized and accessible.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 year, experience with collection & treasury (petty cash) or Finance
• Strong understanding of finance operations, including accounts receivable, cash receipts, invoicing, and petty cash management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work with financial data.
• Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and customers.
• Willing to be placed in Bandung
