Working with Finance Systems, IT, HR and wider university teams, you will coordinate project activities, facilitate working groups and engage stakeholders to develop practical, user-centred solutions.

An initial priority will be supporting the new Faculty and Professional Services Finance team to establish more consistent and efficient processes by identifying and sharing best practice, standardising approaches where possible while retaining flexibility where needed. You will also manage project plans, risks and dependencies, coordinate communications and training, monitor the benefits of change and contribute to continuous improvement across Finance.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible contribution to the future of Finance at one of the world’s leading universities, helping colleagues navigate change and delivering more effective, consistent and sustainable services across UCL.
