Finance (Chinese Speaking)

XINGCHEN INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS (THAILAND) CO., LTD., a subsidiary of XMXYG Group, is expanding its business in Thailand and is looking for Sales Executive.

Location: Bangkok , Pier 111 Tower, Bts Chidlom
Salary: negotiable based on experience

1. Handle day-to-day basic financial operations in Thailand, including issuing, collecting, and managing invoices, ensuring all documentation is complete, compliant, and traceable.

2. Accurately and promptly enter data into financial and business systems in accordance with internal financial management requirements and Thai legal, accounting, and tax regulations.

3. Oversee expense reimbursement review and approval processes, verifying reimbursement documents, expense standards, and approval procedures for compliance.

4. Organize and archive financial vouchers, ledgers, and related financial documents for the Thailand office, and assist with routine bookkeeping management.

5.Support the preparation of local financial statements and management reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission.

6. Liaise with local tax agents, banks, and relevant service providers; maintain regular communication and convey both company and local management requirements.

7. Assist in local tax filings, tax documentation preparation, and related ledger maintenance; support tax audits, inspections, and other coordination matters.

8. Cooperate with external auditors in completing annual audits, compliance reviews, and the preparation, organization, and submission of required materials.

9. Perform other finance and local compliance-related tasks assigned by superiors.

Mandatory Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Chinese major graduates

2. Experience: 1–2 years of financial work experience in basic bookkeeping/accounting and tax declaration (priority given to candidates with logistics background).

3. Skills:

   - Knowledge of Thai tax regulations and accounting standards (TFRS/TAS).

   - Skilled in accounting software (e.g. SAP/Oracle)

   - Basic Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas).

5. Language: Thai (Native), and Chinese sufficient for daily work communication。

6. Detail-oriented, strong sense of responsibility, and good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in freight forwarding/cross-border taxation

• Familiar with Thai tax filing procedures
