• 協助处理账单和对账单 2..協助及时发送账单。 3.执行应收帐款的登记系统。 4.协助处理每日结清挂帐及登帐工作，整理并更新应收帐款系统。 5.协助核对账目。 6.回复和处理账目的询问。 7.在处理发票前应确保所有发票均附有相应的审批单据。 8.与外部公司保持有效沟通，确保所需产品和服务能够及时、准确的提供。 9.核对数字的准确性和发票。 10.每周准备所需使用的支票并提交审批。 11.进行帐目分类登记及每日总帐的平帐工作 12.核算旅行社佣金。 13.帮助编制旅行社支票付款表。 14.使用财务电脑软件。
• 熟练使用微软办公软件 2.具有读写英语的能力 3.具有高中或会计，商业管理或相关领域的职业证书
