Duties

• Perform data entry for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial transactions using various accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, Workday, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, UltiPro, Kronos, ADP, and Account reconciliation tools.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and efficiently to ensure timely vendor payments and customer billing.
• Maintain organized records of financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.
• Reconcile accounts regularly to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with payroll processing by supporting payroll software like ADP or Ceridian and ensuring employee hours are accurately recorded.
• Support budgeting activities by tracking expenses and preparing reports for review.
• Collaborate with the finance team to improve bookkeeping procedures and optimize accounting workflows.

Skills

• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, Workday, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, UltiPro, Kronos or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Experience with payroll systems like ADP or Ceridian is highly desirable.
• Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform account analysis and reconciliation efficiently.
• Solid math skills for accurate calculations and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of budgeting principles and financial reporting practices.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and explain financial information clearly.
