Metrocare Health Systems, Inc. is hiring a Finance Clerk to support daily finance operations. The role requires accuracy, discipline, and on-time execution of finance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process payables and billings accurately and on time
• Manage payroll preparation and processing, including data collection, verification, and coordination with payroll systems
• Monitor outstanding receivables and handle collections by following up with clients to ensure timely payment
• Collect and deliver checks to and from clients and accredited facilities as needed
• Maintain complete and orderly finance records and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties on finance-related matters

Qualifications

• College graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in finance operations, including billings, payables, collections, and payroll
• Familiar with finance or accounting systems and tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Special Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong commitment to accuracy and compliance
• Can drive a motorcycle
