Finance Clerk

What You will Do:

• Help citizens with tax payments, licenses, and registrations
• Handle vehicle, ATV, boat & snowmobile registrations
• Process vital records (births, deaths, marriages)
• Register voters, update records, process absentee ballots, and assist with elections twice annually, including visits to nursing homes and caucuses.
• Provide top-notch customer service in person, by phone, and in writing Issue licenses (marriage, dog, fishing, hunting, etc.)

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Is friendly, professional, and detail-oriented
• Can work efficiently and independently
• Is comfortable handling money and confidential information
• Has at least one year of prior office experience, preferably in a municipal office
• Enjoys helping people and solving problems
