About the role

We are seeking a talented Finance professional to join Tri Bagus Makmur in West Jakarta. This is a full-time position that offers a strategic opportunity to contribute to our financial operations and reporting processes. As a Finance professional, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing valuable financial insights to support business decision-making. This role is based on-site in West Jakarta, Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and maintaining accurate financial statements and reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards
• Recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring the integrity of financial data
• Analysing financial information and identifying trends to support management reporting
• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Conducting reconciliations of general ledger accounts and investigating discrepancies
• Supporting internal and external audit processes by providing documentation and explanations
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting regulations and company financial policies
• Collaborating with other departments to gather financial information and support operational needs

What we're looking for

• Qualified accountant or finance professional with relevant tertiary qualification in accounting, finance, or related discipline
• Proven experience in financial accounting and reporting, ideally within a commercial or corporate environment
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Solid understanding of financial accounting principles, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and reporting
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Knowledge of tax compliance and regulatory requirements is advantageous
• Professional accounting certification such as CPA, CA, or equivalent is preferred
