About the role

This role involves managing and recording company financial transactions accurately and regularly, performing payment reconciliation with invoices and transaction data, and handling accounts receivable administration and customer collection processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and record company financial transactions accurately and regularly
• Perform payment reconciliation with invoices and transaction data
• Manage accounts receivable administration and customer collection processes, including invoice exchanges and follow-up on unpaid invoices
• Examine and follow up on transaction discrepancies, including cash payments and transfers
• Manage transactions and other operational financial needs
• Conduct document and financial data checks to ensure alignment with actual transactions
• Coordinate with Admin, Sales, Manager, and relevant parties to resolve incomplete transactions or data
• Prepare financial reports and information required by Manager/Director

About you

• Experience in Finance/Accounting
• Understanding of basic accounting and financial administration principles
• Detail-oriented, organized, and strong analytical skills
• Experience performing data checks and reconciliation
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Ability to work with data and numbers in detail
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently and in a team
• Able to identify problems, trace causes, and find appropriate solutions
