岗位职责 / Responsibilities:

1. 负责项目日常报销费用及账务处理； Handle daily project reimbursement expenses and accounting tasks.
2. 负责季度确认项目收入、成本及相关资料整理保存； Confirm quarterly project revenue and costs, and organize and archive related documents.
3. 负责维护部门资金的准确性； Ensure accuracy of departmental funds.
4. 负责申报及缴纳区域分公司税费； Declare and pay taxes for regional subsidiaries.
5. 与分子公司进行沟通协调，为业务提供解决方案； Communicate and coordinate with subsidiaries to provide financial solutions for business needs.
6. 负责协助提供审计相关资料准备工作； Assist in preparing audit-related documentation.
7. 完成领导安排的其他工作事宜。 Perform other tasks assigned by management.

任职要求 / Requirements:

1. 财务管理、会计等相关专业毕业； Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
2. 3年以上财务相关工作经验； Minimum 3 years of relevant financial work experience.
3. 熟练财务记账软件； Proficiency in financial accounting software.
4. 具有良好的沟通能力和工作责任心，有较强的抗压能力，具备好的职业修养； Strong communication skills, responsibility, resilience under pressure, and professional integrity.
5. 具有工程类行业中大型规模企业工作经验者优先考虑； Experience in large-scale enterprises within the engineering industry is preferred.
6. 马来西亚华人，精通汉语、英语、马来语优先。 Malaysian Chinese candidates preferred; proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay is an advantage.
