About the role
This role involves financial accounting and reporting responsibilities, including transaction recording, accounts management, financial reconciliation, and consolidated reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Perform accurate journal entry recording for financial transactions, ensuring transaction document completeness
- Handle Account Payable (AP) and Account Receivable (AR) processes
- Conduct financial data reconciliation and ensure transaction accuracy
- Prepare consolidated reports and financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, etc.)
- Support monthly and annual closing/stock opname processes
- Assist with cost budgeting processes
About you
- Minimum D3/S1 education in Accounting with minimum GPA 3.00
- Understanding of accounting fundamentals, including journals, AP, and AR
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities
- Able to work according to deadlines with good time management
