Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Finance professional to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling the company’s daily finance activities, reporting, payments, collections, and financial records.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily finance and accounting activities
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare invoices and payment documents
• Monitor customer payments and outstanding balances
• Prepare monthly financial reports
• Handle bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring
• Monitor company expenses and budgets
• Assist with VAT and other financial requirements
• Check and maintain accurate financial records
• Monitor project-related expenses and costs
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, banks, and auditors
• Provide regular financial updates to management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Good knowledge of accounting and finance
• Experience with VAT and financial reporting
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
• Experience in trading, logistics, shipping, or project-based companies is an advantage
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
