Job Type: Full-Time
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial reporting, regulatory compliance, budgeting, treasury operations, and internal controls. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, BSP compliance, effective cash management, portfolio analysis, and process improvements while leading the finance team and partnering with key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
- At least 5 years of relevant finance and leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, treasury, and regulatory compliance
- Experience in banking or financial services is preferred
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
