About the role

We are seeking a Finance professional to join our team in our Kaki Bukit East office on a full-time basis. The role is hybrid with three days a week in the office.

Responsibilities of the Finance professional include

• Preparing and filing depletion reports to our brand partners
• Assessing product profitability, including calculations for sales commissions
• Working with the sales team to communicate with customers for SOAs, payments, etc.
• Reconciling weekly stock counts
• Supporting the preparation of financial statements with the accounting team
• Assisting with the compilation and analysis of financial data for reporting purposes
• Maintaining compliance with relevant accounting regulations, standards, and company policies
• Performing reconciliations and assisting with cash management activities
• Supporting tax compliance and audit preparation activities

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, with strong data analysis capabilities
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with integrity
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
