1. D3/ S1 Graduated  Tax / accounting

2. Advance Microsoft Excel , Accurate online

3. Teliti, bisa dipercaya,mampu bekerja team, komunikasi yang baik, mampu menghadapi tekanan

Job description :

1.      Memahami dasar akuntansi PSAK ,  Perpajakan  dan penyusunan laporan keuangan

2.      Maintenance accurate accounting records & supporting documents

3.      Manage tax related administration documentation & checking reporting all tax  & certificate of withholding tax  by external consultant

4.      Coordinate with vendor, consultants and relevant government authority example : tax officer , account representative from tax officer as required.

5.      Ensure timely invoice processing , documentation, payment from vendors & schedules

6.      Ensure Closing and reporting of financial statements accurate and on time.

7.      Managing Company Inventory, assets , depreciation and amortization

8.      Terbiasa menggunakan software accounting seperti accurate online , xero.

9.      Mampu membuat jurnal, buku besar dengan menggunakan Microsoft  excel

10.  Likuiditas mendukung pembelian material , sub contractors, rekap pembayaran upah harian / Borongan.

11.  Mengawasi pencatatan dana retensi proyek yang ditahan oleh klien hingga masa pemeliharaan selesai.

12.  Mengawasi pencatatan dana  work in progress.

13.  Diutamakan yang berpengalaman di Perusahaan general kontraktor, infrastruktur  atau EPC ( Engineering, Procurement , Construction )

Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas di Lokasi proyek seluruh Indonesia
