Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting and finance transactions.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
  • Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
  • Process staff claims, payments, and supplier invoices.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and government authorities.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
  • Support management with financial reports and decision-making.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting or Finance

• 5 years experience in finance/accounting

• MUST have construction/development industry experience

• Able to handle full set of accounts & audit

• Chinese/mandarin speaking required (to liaise with audit team)

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., AutoCount, SQL, UBS, MYOB).

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
