About the role

This role involves managing daily financial operations across multiple F&B outlets, including sales reconciliation, payables management, inventory and cost of goods tracking, and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile daily sales from POS ESB per outlet, cross-check with sales reports and cash/EDC settlements
• Manage vendor/supplier payables — verify invoices, payment schedules, and approval flows
• Extract ordering recap and inventory data from ESB to calculate cost of goods and coordinate with purchasing
• Prepare monthly profit and loss reports per outlet with operational cost breakdowns
• Monitor cash flow and manage petty cash office
• Administer ESB finance module (income, payable, reporting)
• Submit financial reports to Corporate Operations according to schedule (weekly/monthly)

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 qualification in Accounting or Finance
• 2-3 years of experience (F&B multi-outlet experience is highly valued)
• Understanding of P&L, AP, and cash reconciliation fundamentals
• Familiar with or quick to learn POS and inventory systems (ESB or similar)
• Detail-oriented, honest, and able to work with data from multiple outlets simultaneously
• Domiciled in Medan
