Finance

• Bookkeeping & General Ledger: Maintain accurate day-to-day financial transactions and post journal entries in the accounting system.
• Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR): Manage end-to-end invoice generation, customer payment collection, vendor bill processing, and disbursement schedules.
• Reconciliation: Perform routine bank, credit card, and sub-ledger (AR/AP) reconciliations against the General Ledger to ensure data integrity.
• E-Faktur & Tax Invoicing: Issue, validate, and manage tax invoices (Faktur Pajak) via e-Faktur for all sales and purchase transactions.
• Coretax & Tax Compliance: Handle monthly tax calculations, reporting, and filings (VAT/PPN, Income Tax/PPh) using the Coretax system while maintaining audit-ready documentation.
