Finance Controller (CA Qualified)

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Finance & Accounts team as a Finance Controller. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of financial management, accounting, budgeting, taxation, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and internal controls. Experience in the hospitality, amusement park, resort, restaurant, or service industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, accounting, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and cost control across park operations, resorts, restaurants, retail outlets, and other business units.
• Establish and monitor internal financial controls and accounting procedures.
• Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
• Review daily sales collections, cash transactions, bank deposits, and revenue reconciliation.
• Develop financial MIS reports and present financial performance to management.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and improve financial efficiency.
• Lead and supervise the Finance & Accounts team.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, financial reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple business operations and meet reporting deadlines.
