As we continue expanding our business platforms and strengthening our nationwide presence, we are looking for an experienced Financial Controller who can take ownership of our financial operations and help establish a strong, scalable finance function.

This is a strategic finance leadership position for someone who wants to go beyond traditional accounting. You will work closely with senior management, provide financial insights that influence business decisions, strengthen financial controls, and help build systems and processes that can support the company's continued growth.

The role offers significant exposure to key business initiatives and the chance to make a direct impact on the organization's financial direction as it scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end closing activities.
• Ensure financial statements are accurate, timely, and compliant across multiple business entities.
• Establish and improve internal controls, finance policies, governance frameworks, and accounting procedures.
• Oversee statutory compliance, tax reporting, and coordination with external auditors.
• Lead initiatives involving finance transformation, process improvement, system enhancement, and automation.
• Work closely with business leaders to provide financial analysis, planning support, and insights for strategic decision-making.
• Provide finance support for fundraising activities, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, and investor-related reporting when required.
• Help develop and strengthen a capable finance team that can effectively support business expansion.
• Provide financial input during commercial discussions and assist in negotiating business terms when needed.

Job Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
• Demonstrated experience as a Financial Controller, Group Financial Controller, Finance Director, or in a comparable senior finance leadership position.
• Previous experience with a reputable audit firm is highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of technical accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and financial governance.
• Experience handling finance functions within a multi-entity, rapidly growing, or expanding organization is highly preferred.
• Background in financial modeling, valuation, and business planning is an advantage.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite or other enterprise-level ERP systems is a strong plus.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic and commercially minded, with the ability to maintain financial discipline while supporting long-term business growth.
• Able to work effectively with senior leaders and translate financial information into practical business recommendations.

Compensation & Work Details

Salary: Up to ₱100,000 per month, depending on qualifications and relevant experience

Salary Release: Semi-monthly, every 15th and 30th
