What they need
Factory accounting, cost management, internal controls, costing, budgeting and financial compliance, MIS etc. This role serves as the strategic financial co-pilot to the Plant Head, driving cost efficiencies and optimizing manufacturing operations.
Required Candidate profile
Qualified CA with 8-9 years of post-qualified experience in Plant environment. Strong grip on standard costing, inventory management, factory commercial operations, and SAP.
