About the role
We are seeking a Finance Controller to help management understand profitability and the financial health of the company, particularly in the manufacturing business. The role focuses on costing, HPP, budgeting and financial analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Calculate and analyse HPP, costing and gross margin per product/SKU
- Prepare budget, forecast, and budget vs actual
- Analyse profit and loss and financial performance of the company
- Conduct break-even, profitability and scenario analysis for business decisions
- Monitor cash flow, AR, AP and inventory
- Create reports and financial insights for management
- Perform cost control and identify potential waste
- Oversee accounting and tax processes
About you
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, with manufacturing experience as an added value
- Strong in Cost Accounting, Management Accounting or FP&A
- Proficient in HPP, costing, budgeting, P&L, cash flow and financial analysis
- Able to use Excel/Google Sheets well
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to provide insight and recommendations, not just create reports
- Experience with ERP/accounting software is an added value
