What they need
Qualifications
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
Bachelor of Science in Accountancy; MBA or additional certification preferred.
7–10 years of progressive accounting experience.
Real estate industry experience strongly preferred, including property accounting, lease accounting, or asset management.
NetSuite experience a plus, particularly in ERP implementation or optimization.
Proven leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
