Finance Controller

About the role

Fully responsible for the financial management of overseas subsidiaries, and managing the local finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage local bookkeeping and financial statements, ensuring compliance with group accounting standards and local regulations
• Lead budget preparation, rolling forecasts, and business analysis; monitor budget execution and support management decision-making
• Liaise with shareholders on reporting requirements, and complete various financial reports and data submissions on time
• Support the subsidiary's subsequent financing activities, including financial preparation, due diligence support, and other preparatory work

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Finance, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields
• 2+ years of audit experience at an accounting firm, and 5+ years of financial management or audit experience
• Familiar with budget management and business analysis
• Overseas financial management experience preferred
• Practical experience with Southeast Asian tax and financial regulations preferred
• Fluent in English, able to use it as a working language, with cross-cultural communication skills
