About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Finance Controller to run our day-to-day accounting and finance operations and deliver accurate, timely reporting to leadership.

What You'll Do

• Supervises work streams and oversee that daily accounting operations meet set standards: general ledger, AP, AR, billing and collections, cashflow management. Confirm final review of all vouchers and disbursements prior to endorsement to Chief Finance Officer.

• Lead month-end and year-end close, including journal entries, account reconciliations and financial statement review, by working closely with appropriate sub-teams.

• Prepare and present monthly management reports, budget-vs-actual analysis and cash flow forecasts, with results consolidated across business units

• Work with Tax Officer to ensure timely, compliant statutory reporting and tax filings (BIR, SEC and other government requirements)

• Maintain internal controls, accounting policies and audit readiness; Represent the company together with the Chief Finance Officer in external audits

• Manage and develop the accounting team; recommend and initiate necessary changes to finance processes and systems, to increase team efficiency and comply to updates in regulations.

• Support budgeting and financial planning cycles, and advise business unit heads on financial performance

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA license required or strongly preferred

• 9+ years of accounting and finance experience, including 1 year in a supervisory or controller role

• Proficiency with SAP, Quickbook, advanced Excel, Philippine accounting and tax regulations; Experience in professional services companies is a plus

• Strong analytical, communication and people management skills
