Finance Controller

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Min. 2 years of experience in Finance Control & Analyst.
• Experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, Finance Control or Reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; Power BI experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP).
• Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies, including AI and data analytics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze financial and business data to provide actionable insights.
• Prepare and maintain budget monitoring and performance reports.
• Support financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools using Excel, Power BI and SAP systems.
• Assist in Account Receivable (AR) monitoring and sales-related financial analysis.
• Support tax-related processes and cross-functional finance initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement.
