Finance Controller

The Finance Controller will lead the Finance function for Philippines. The role acts as a finance business partner to the leadership team, providing financial analysis, planning, controls, and recommendations to support business growth and profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Accountancy, or related field
• CPA license required
• 15+ years of finance/accounting experience
• At least 5 years as a Finance Manager OR 3 years as a Finance Controller
• Experience in distribution, trading, services, or construction-related industries is preferred
• Strong background in FP&A, accounting, tax, treasury, internal controls, and credit/debt management
• Experience working with commercial/business operations
• Strong leadership and business partnering skills

Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php200,000.00 per month
