Job Description :
- Lead the Finance & Accounts function for the India business.
- Oversee compliance, bookkeeping, monthly closes, reporting/MIS, audits, and statutory financials.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in line with regulatory and internal requirements.
- Partner with business teams to support growth, profitability, and strong financial controls.
- Manage promoters personal capital, banking, and compliance with strict confidentiality and clear segregation from business accounts.
- Drive process improvements and strengthen governance across financial operations.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities as needed.
