What they need
Requirement:
- Bachelor's/Master in Accounting or Finance
- Preference: Unika Atma Jaya, Binus, Universitas Tarumanagara, or equivalent local universities.
- Overseas graduates (Asia Region) welcome
- Experience: min. 10-12 years in F&A with audit background (Ex-Big4 manager+ a plus)
- Professional certification preferred: CA/CPA; Brevet A/B/C
- Have soft skills: Strategic thinking, leadership, risk management, change management (esp. ERP transition); execuitve communication, stakeholder management
- Industry (retail, F&B, media) experience in similiar sector is a plus
- ERP Implementation (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite).
Job Summary:
- Lead overall finance & accounting: financial strategy, reporting, consolidation.
- Risk management, internal controlls, tax compliance, and audit oversight
- Drive change management form ERP transition (Netsuite Go-Live)
- Partner with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and business planning
- Proven ERP implementation.
